Annihilator - Alice in Hell - Annihilator is one of those bands I got into in the new millennium but this is a classic no doubt
A classic indeed. Almost every song is a gem.
Black Sabbath - Headless Cross - Love the title track but I found this a bit hard going.
Even better. "Devil and Daughter" and "Nightwing" are my favorite Martin songs.
Running Wild - Death or Glory - probably heard this for the first time around '98 or so. That was when I was going through my RW discovery period. Really great album, probably the first early RW album I appreciated.
An absolute masterpiece.
Savatage - Gutter Ballet - My first Sava album was HOTMK and remains my fave but I also like GB though I don't recall a huge amount about it apart from Sabaton borrowing the melody from GB for gallipoli lol!
An interesting observation. This is probably my least favorite Savatage album after FftR, but it's got two classic tracks: title and "WtCAG."
Skid Row - st - never been into them
Two great songs.
Metal Church - Blessing in Disguise
One band I truly could never get into. This album is no exception. Messy and unfocused.
W.A.S.P. - The Headless Children - never really got into WASP
A masterpiece. "Mean Man" slays.
Blind Guardian - Follow the Blind - I even bought this but just couldn't get into it.
Humble beginnings.
Leatherwolf - Street Ready - pretty good but can't recall a note to be honest.
Bad 80s metal.
Sabbat - Dreamweaver - never really fully got into Sabbat
Don't understand the obsession either. Humble beginnings.
Kreator- Extreme Aggression - I think I sold my copy of this when I had my big clear out.
A solid album but no more.
Faith No More - The Real Thing - never got into FNM but I know people love this.
What is it?
Mötley Crüe - Dr. Feelgood - not into the crue but I guess this is a classic right?
Some awesome anthems but some lame 80s crap as well.
Overkill - The Years of Decay - not into Overkill much at tis time but nowadays yes.
A great album. Two of the best Overkill songs ever.
Aerosmith - Pump - Famous album right? Never been into the 'smith.
"Other Side" and "Jamie" are excellent.
Alice Cooper - Trash. 30 years old . Alice was already 40 when this was released lol.
Solid.
Whitesnake - Slip Of The Tongue - don't recall it
80s band I could never ever ever get into.
